Vitesse Bioprocessing Program: Application Form

Please download the Application Form for the McGill-Vitesse Bioprocessing Program.  Having submitted an expression of interest to us previously, your application will be given priority. Please note that spaces in this pilot program are limited to 9.

In addition to your application, you should also provide:

1. University transcripts. (Transcripts from a non-Canadian University should be accompanied with a course-by-course assessment report by a recognized credential assessment organization, e.g. World Education Services www.wes.org/ca)
2. A non-refundable $75 + GST application fee.
3. Your curriculum Vitae in hard as well as electronic copy (.doc format)
4. Applicants whose first language is not English must also submit a standardized English language test score, such as TOEFL, CANTEST or CAEL.
