• Original or certified copies of Transcripts (University or College) - submit by mail.
• Resumé (Professional Employment History) - online or hard copy by mail attached to application [ click here for tips ]
• Application Fee ($ 75.00 + GST = $80.25) - cheques/credit card payment forms to be sent by mail only. (download Payment Information Form - for those paying by credit card (VISA, AMEX, or MasterCard).

• Option #1 - Online Application package - includes online application, resumé, and cover letter. Transcripts and payment submitted by Mail - or in-person immediately to the following address:
